Delivery
We ship our orders with Royal Mail using their 1st Class Recorded Signed For Service which takes 1-2 working days for delivery.
We may occassionally have our orders fulfilled by amazon.co.uk
All orders placed Mon-Friday will be processed the following day.
Orders for Next Working Day Special Delivery which have been received before 12 noon will be sent out the same day.
Returns
If for any reason you wish to return your order we will be happy to exchange it or raise a refund minus �3.99 to cover our delivery costs.
Please use the contact us form to arrange a return code. You will need this before returning the goods.
All orders must be returned unsused and in its original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note that due to the nature of our products and the fact that they travel through third parties to reach you, you may receive some broken shadows. If this is the case please contact us so we may asses the damage and resolve the issue. |
